Sarah's career with Sunbelt Glaziers began in 1999. She studied Finance at Texas Christian University and gained valuable experience working alongside her grandfather, who taught her all aspects of the business. In addition to her professional pursuits, Sarah is actively involved in her community. She is also a dedicated mother to two children.

Taylor graduated from Tarleton State University in 2012 with a bachelor's in business. He has worked in the Construction industry since 2014 and has been at Sunbelt Glaziers since 2016. He is skilled in project management, site supervision, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and team leadership. He prides himself on building lasting relationships with the customers and vendors he works with. When he is not at work, he's hunting, fishing, or cheering on his kids in sports.

Angelo joined the Sunbelt Glazier's family in the summer of 2020. Angelo brings 31 years of experience from Kawneer Co. and YKK AP in the architectural aluminum industry. During his tenure he has held multiple positions such as fabrication, shipping & production manager. In these positions his roles were training, scheduling, quality control, inventory & safety. He has spent the last 8 years working as an inside sales representative where he assisted glazing subcontractors in order entry, material take-offs, shop drawings and overall project management. Angelo has been married to his lovely wife since 1990 in which they have 3 sons and a daughter along with many grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family, grilling, being outdoors hunting & camping. Favorite quote "The storm doesn't have to cease in order to have authority over it."

Sommer graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Communications. She has worked for Sunbelt since 2008. When not at work she is with her husband and three kids.

Cassia graduated from Tarleton State University. She has an extensive background in education, but she has worked in the glass and glazing industry since 2021. Cassia has enjoyed the challenges of learning the industry and aims to become an expert in her field. She prides herself on her distinct attention to detail and eagerness to learn more every day. In her free time, Cassia enjoys watching sports and spending time with her two sons.

RJ joined Sunbelt Glaziers in 2023. With a strong background in oilfield construction, he values teamwork, leadership, and getting the job done right. When he's not working, he can be found spending time with his family, team roping, or fishing.

With more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry—including 17 years specializing in the glass industry—Juan take great pride in delivering quality craftsmanship on every project. Juan joined Sunbelt Glaziers in April 2014, and has been committed to providing exceptional work ever since.

He truly enjoys what he does, and says there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a project completed successfully and knowing our team helped bring it to life. Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. Family is a big part of his life, and most of his free time is spent making memories together at home.

Clay graduated from Texas A&M in 1998 with a BBA in Finance and went into Warehouse Management. In 2006, he moved to Tennessee where he got started in the glass business as an estimator / project manager. He moved back to Texas in 2012 and continued in the glass industry and landed at Sunbelt Glaziers in 2022. In his spare time, he likes to watch sports and spend time with his wife of 26 years, 1 son, and 2 daughters.

Oscar began his career in 2011 at just 17 years old and has been dedicated to the trade ever since. He takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and helping every project succeed. Richard Lozano brings more than 30 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, having built a successful career with a Fortune 50 company. Throughout his career, he held leadership roles in marketing, operations management, and safety training, developing a strong reputation for customer service, operational excellence, and team leadership.

After retiring from the transportation industry, Richard joined Sunbelt Glaziers in 2023, where he applies his extensive knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and the surrounding communities to better serve customers and support the company's continued growth. His deep understanding of the region, combined with decades of experience managing complex operations and building lasting relationships, makes him a valuable resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Richard has been happily married for 36 years and is the proud father of three wonderful children. He believes in the importance of integrity, hard work, and putting customers first, values that have guided him throughout his career and continue to shape his approach at Sunbelt Glaziers.
